In summer your body temperature rises due to the hot climate and another factor is the food.Your body temperature depends on the types of  food  you have taken.

Foods to avoid to  reduce body heat:
1.Avoid Spicy foods mostly during summer,as it rises your body temperature.
2.Avoid junk foods and fried foods.
3.Avoid large amounts of alcohol and caffine.
4.Reduce the intake of non-veg,particularly red meat.

1.Watermelon:Watermelon reduces the body heat ,as it contains 95% of water in it.So it makes you hydrated.

2.Sabja seeds: Most of us don't know about the sabja seeds.But these seeds are the best one to reduce body heat immediately.Soak these seeds in the water and mix lemon juice and sugar to it.

Natural tips for summer boils on the skin

Summer boils on the skin is the most common problem.These boils can be appeared on face and body.Boils can be occured with or without pus.These occur due to the rise in temperature.



There are some natural remedies to cure :

1.Garlic and Onion:
These are the natural sources to cure boils on the skin.Onion or Garlic paste individually or together can be applied on the spot  where the boils occured. Repeat it 2 to 3 times a day.

2.Turmeric: 
Turmeric is a blood purifier.So drink a glass of warm milk  with a spoon of turmeric mixing in it.It reduces the summer heat.The paste of turmeric can also be applied on boils to cure.

3.Bread and milk:
This sounds different,bread and milk is not to serve as a dish.This mixture should be applied on boils.Bread should be soaked in the milk and this bread should be applied on the boil.It gets softened and releases the pus.

4. Neem leaves:
Neem  leaves were not only used to treat boils,but also many skin problems.Apply the neem paste on the boils .Wash it after few minutes.It cures the treats very well.

5.Castor oil:

Summer heat can be beaten by taking the vegetable salads as a part of your diet.These salads were better to be taken between breakfast and lunch or evening snack time.Mostly vegetable salads contains all varieties in it.But particular vegetables cool our body during summer.Especially cucumber is very good for the health at any time.


Cucumber and curd salad


  • Cucumber when mixed with the curd add its creamy taste to salad,as well as cools the body.
  • Make the cucumber slices and add the curd in it according to the thickness of the salad you need.
  • Add some pepper powder and salt to it.Make the ginger into small pieces and then add to the salad.Add some coriander.
  • Keep it aside for sometime upto the cucumber slices got soaked in the curd.Serve it cool or normal.

  • This is the another salad with nice taste.Grate the cucumber,carrot,ginger and add coriander to this.
  • Add this grated mixture to the curd according to your thickness of salad.Add some salt and pepper powder for taste.
