Cucumber is a vegetable with more water content of  96%.They are less in calories.Eating cucumber daily will be beneficial to the functioning of the different systems of the body.Our body should be hydrated every time,Due to dehydration we suffer from  skin problems,muscle cramps etc. So one should include the watery fruits or vegetables in the daily diet.It contains Vitamins B,C and K.
