Tips for healthy hair during summer

During summer mostly our body need to be hydrated.Even the hair also need to be hydrated to be healthy.For the  healthy hair during summer,here are some simple tips you can follow:






Drink lots of water:
Drink atleast 10 glasses of water daily.This is  useful for the healthy hair and the healthy body.Drinking water prevents the hair fall and breakage.

Cover your hair: 
While going out dont expose your hair to UV rays.It damages your hair.So cover it with scarf or hat.

Use Moisturizing Cleansing Shampoo:
During summer due to the hot temperature our hair will be full of sweat and it smells bad.So  hair should be cleaned to remove impurities.To clean the smelled hair use the moisturizing cleansing  shampoos.That means your hair need to be hydrated.It happens through deep conditioning.

Avoid Dryers:
Avoid hair dryers during summer.Because it makes your hair more drier and hair gets damaged and falls.So wash your hair naturally at evening times   and let it dry on its own.

Do head bath in Limit: 
During summer do the head bath twice a week.Dont wash your hair daily.Keep your hair hydrated by applying the oils like coconut,almond etc.These oils prevents the hair from dryness .
