Foods That Control your body heat in Summer

In summer your body temperature rises due to the hot climate and another factor is the food.Your body temperature depends on the types of  food  you have taken.

Foods to avoid to  reduce body heat:
1.Avoid Spicy foods mostly during summer,as it rises your body temperature.
2.Avoid junk foods and fried foods.
3.Avoid large amounts of alcohol and caffine.
4.Reduce the intake of non-veg,particularly red meat.
5.Every one thinks that the cooldrinks and icecreams reduce the heat,but these makes you most dehydrate.So reduce it.


Foods to eat during summer to reduce body heat:

1.Watermelon:Watermelon reduces the body heat ,as it contains 95% of water in it.So it makes you hydrated.

2.Sabja seeds: Most of us don't know about the sabja seeds.But these seeds are the best one to reduce body heat immediately.Soak these seeds in the water and mix lemon juice and sugar to it.

3.Cucumbers:Cucumbers reduce body heat and the muskmelon also comes under cucumber category.You can include these to reduce heat.

4.Mint:Mint always cools your body.So include it  in your teas,juices and buttermilk.

5.Buttermilk:Drink lots of butter milk with less thickness.Add some mint,jeera,salt and lemon to it.It acts as a nice refreshing drink.

6.Coconut Water:This is the evergreen liquid to reduce the body heat.If you want to reduce the body heat immediately.Add some sugar to the coconut 
water.

7.Apricots:Include apricots in your diet,as it can reduce heat and keeps you hydrated.

8.Drink lots of water:Drink atleast 10 glasses of water daily.This keeps you hydrated and prevents dehydration problem.
