Beat the summer heat with Vegetable Salads

Summer heat can be beaten by taking the vegetable salads as a part of your diet.These salads were better to be taken between breakfast and lunch or evening snack time.Mostly vegetable salads contains all varieties in it.But particular vegetables cool our body during summer.Especially cucumber is very good for the health at any time.


Cucumber and curd salad


  • Cucumber when mixed with the curd add its creamy taste to salad,as well as cools the body.
  • Make the cucumber slices and add the curd in it according to the thickness of the salad you need.
  • Add some pepper powder and salt to it.Make the ginger into small pieces and then add to the salad.Add some coriander.
  • Keep it aside for sometime upto the cucumber slices got soaked in the curd.Serve it cool or normal.



 Cucumber salad  along with carrot and curd



  • This is the another salad with nice taste.Grate the cucumber,carrot,ginger and add coriander to this.
  • Add this grated mixture to the curd according to your thickness of salad.Add some salt and pepper powder for taste.
  • Keep aside for some time until the grated vegetables got soaked in  curd.
  • Serve the salad cool or normal as your wish.
These salads were not only useful to cool the body,but also to maintain the overall health.When the salad is taken before the lunch.It makes us to eat the food in limit.
