FRUITS AND VEGETABLES THAT CAN BE TAKEN DURING WINTER

During winter everyone wants to eat the garam garam food during evening times.Mostly we eat samosas,Pakodas and other oil foods.Eating much oil foods affects the health.So have a tasty winter with some of the healthy fruits and vegetables during evening time.

Foods that can be taken :

1.Pomegranate:

Juicy pomogranate can be taken during winter,but it should be in limit.At evening time eat the sweet pomegranate seeds.It seems to be healthy and tasty too.

 

 

2.Sweet poatatoes:

Sweet potatos can also be eaten during winter.Sweet potaotes were good for health.This sweet potatoes can be boiled ,fried and you can make many dishes with this.At evening times eat the sweet potatoes.

 

 3.Oranges:

Eat the oranges.During winter our skin becomes dry and colourless.So inorder to have a  healthy and smooth skin ,have a orange.Citrus fruits mainly contains the Vitamin C ,that is used to obtain glow to the skin.

 

Kiwi:

Kiwi fruits also contains the Vitamin C.So it contains good amount of fibre and Vitamin C.It can be eaten during winter very well.

 

 

Tomato Soup:

Soups are the warming winter meals.You can take the tasty soups during winter at evening time.So have a boul of tomato soup.

 

 

Green Leafy vegetables:

Green leafy vegetables were very good for health during winter.Spinach is one of the best .So take spinach frequently.
